At Yanselle, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services to our customers in the United States. We strive to get your orders to you as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center located in the United States. This allows us to offer faster domestic delivery times and better tracking for our American customers.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold
- Orders $78 and above: FREE Standard Shipping
- Orders under $78: $6.00 flat shipping fee
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order subtotal (before tax and discounts). We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees for oversized or heavy items, which will be clearly displayed before payment.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We primarily use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (such as holidays). Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
4. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Excluded Areas
We currently ship to most addresses in the continental United States. However, we do not ship to the following special / remote areas:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, etc.)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. Box addresses (in some cases – please check at checkout)
If your shipping address falls into any of the excluded areas, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend contacting us before placing an order if you are unsure.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
6. Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the delivery date.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed (more than 14 business days after the estimated delivery date), please contact us immediately.
- For damaged packages, please take photos of the outer box and damaged items and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since all shipments originate from within the United States, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes for domestic orders. Sales tax will be collected where required by law and is shown at checkout.
9. Changes to Shipping Address
We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
