- The item must be in new, resalable condition (no signs of use, wear, damage, or assembly).
- We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
- Opened or used consumable products (e.g., hygiene, beauty, food-related items)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
- Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked as such)
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately — we will handle these cases with priority.
Important: We do not offer exchanges (item-for-item swaps). All approved returns will be processed as refunds only.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us First: Email us at info@yanselle.com within the 30-day window. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. Do not ship anything back before receiving approval.
- Approval & Instructions: Once reviewed, we will send you specific return shipping instructions, including the authorized return address.
- Ship the Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage during return transit.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item (usually within 2–3 business days).

In such cases, we reserve the right to deny the return or deduct additional fees.
